ABIC CP-2014 C Commercial Cost Plus — NSW Residential Compliance Solution
Special Conditions are available to modify the ABIC CP-2014 C contract to comply with the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW), enabling its use for residential projects.
This provides a practical and balanced alternative to standard cost-plus contracts commonly used in the residential sector.
