Christopher is an adjudicator under security of payment legislation in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and the Australian Capital Territory. This role provides direct insight into how payment disputes are assessed and determined in practice.
Engagement
Advisory work is undertaken on a selective basis, with a preference for front-end matters and projects where early input can assist in achieving clear and workable contractual arrangements.
